Development: 2. Following the Action

The technique of following the action is fairly self-explanatory. The camera basically captures everything the character goes through, by following what he/she is doing. The following the action edit is mostly used during epic action scenes featuring guns and explosions because there is always something going on, especially if the character attempts to dodge something and in doing so moves out of the way and goes in another direction - meaning the camera follows the character in doing this.
